Rental
Agreement and Cancellation Policy: Heart of Austin
This vacation rental contract is a
legal agreement between “Heart of Austin” Condo Owner and Manager
@ 1908 San Antonio St., 78705 (also referred to as the “Homeowners”
and “Landlord” and “Property Manger”) and you, the Renters
(also referred to as “Tenants” and “Guests”). This contract
is entered into agreement as of the date when the Renters placed
their reservation through email; the reservation is screened, and
accepted by the Homeowner. The Homeowner will notify the Renters by
email or written mail when their reservation is accepted.

Policies:
1. NO SMOKING in the house. A $500
penalty fee will be charged to the guest(s) if we find evidence of
smoking inside the property.
2. Sorry absolutely NO PETS. A $500
penalty fee will be charged to the guest(s) if we find evidence of
pets inside the property. Should you need to bring your pet we
suggest you use our professional pet trainer Kristian Stanley at
fabjazz1@yahoo.com. He charges $20 a day to watch dogs in his kennel
plus $10 for each additional dog.
3. $35 additional charge per person
over 4 guests.
4. Guests will be responsible for
paying any damages caused directly or indirectly by themselves or
their guests during their stay.
5. Trash should be emptied and placed
in the alley dumpster at the end of or during the guest(s) stay.
Dirty dishes should be loaded in the dishwasher as well.
6. Tenant agrees to use and occupy the
leased property at Tenant’s own risk and hereby indemnifies
Owner/Operator from all claims from any injury or death of any person
or for the loss of or damages to any property of Tenant or Tenant’s
agent, guests, or other third parties.
7. There are no refunds for early
departure.
8. Check-in is at 3:00 pm and checkout
is 11:00 am. A late checkout is subject to extra rental charges.
9. The Renter must be 21 years of age
to book this Vacation/Business Rental.
10. We reserve the right to refuse
service to anyone. We will not be responsible for accidents or
injury to guests or for loss of their money, jewelry or valuables of
any kind.
Reservation Cancellations:
A $200 cancellation fee will be charged
for canceled reservations. Advance payments less the cancellation fee
are refunded according to the following schedule:
Cancellation Notice on Rentals: 60
days prior to the date of arrival: 100%
30 days prior to
the date of arrival: 75%
Less than 30 days prior to the date of arrival: 0%
Rates and policies are subject to
change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.
